Alright, I’m no expert analyst but I wanted to give it a shot—
0:03 – Blood waterfall—same place as the end of the Side Homura trailer?
0:04 – Half moon to represent Homura still lacking Madoka by her side despite stealing her and rewriting the universe, as we know from Rebellion epilogue
0:05 – Mami’s pretty clearly in a labyrinth (or other area of warped reality). @FoxNinja4000 pointed out in another comment how her tea party scenes are reminiscent of her witch Candeloro’s behavior, which I agree with. In the previous trailers we can see that Nagisa, Madoka, and the new orange girl are all in this labyrinth as well.
0:06 – Could be reaching for this one but the visual effect when Kyoko kicks the door open feels very watery, may be inside Oktavia’s labyrinth?
0:11 – The telephones—aka the method by which Homura contracts new magical girls (assumably), so this kinda feels like a scene of Madoka realizing more about the truth of this reality? (side note, I love how the ringing syncs up with the ost)
0:18 – The magical girl forms of the new girls! Their outfits and weapons are really similar in shape (you can see more of the green girl’s at 0:09 or in the new key visual) which makes me wonder what their relationship is. Btw I highly recommend reading the comment @rose7659 left about these two, it’s a really cool observation.
0:21 – Is that kanji on the bookshelf Kyubey’s sitting on…? I can’t read it lol, if anyone can I’d love to know what it says!
0:26 – When Mami bites into the bear pastry, jam wells up from the bear’s eyes… it’s eerily similar to blood. Which seems to be a recurring symbol/visual throughout the trailers, especially around Homura—looks like we’re leveling up from the tomatoes at the end of Rebellion.
I welcome feedback and further info/interpretations!
Well, Walpursgisnacht being an addition of magical girls despair does explain why she was so powerful, and why it took Madoka being at te center of fate itself to defeat her. And I love that yes, we're in a timeline they wouldn't have meet her yet. I'm so exciting to see what this movie is gonna cover. I find the plot twist of Rebellion great so maybe we'll get something around those line for Walpurgisnacht.
After 12 years of waiting I'm excited and scared….
do you have to watch the spin off to understand the movie? i love madoka magica but ive never been able to get into the spin offs and im wondering if they’re a necessity 😭

Some notable things
Sayaka is in what seems to be a library? And she is i guess looking at a picture of Octavia without remembering what she is, maybe it's a stretch but that room could be Homura's memories
Homura was the only girl to have an eye color different from her hair color, but now we have two new characters with different colors for their eyes/hair could be a sign that she granted their wishes/powers
Mami is at the end biting on a head of some sorts and it starts "bleeding" , it could be a jam filled cookie but it's a nice nod to the series
